shipping policy
- All items are shipped FedEx

All orders will be shipped to the billing address unless the credit card
company has the alternate ship to on file, if you are not sure if they have
it on file please call your credit card bank before placing your order.
Warranties
- All product have full manufacturer warranties serviced through our dealer
network.
- If a product needs service it has to be sent to us and we will have the
items serviced by the manufacturer.
Return policy
- Be sure to e-mail us before you attempt to send an item back for repair or
exchange.
- Every item returned without an RA#, Return Authorization Number will be
sent back to shipper.
- All Returns have to be returned on the same condition it was shipped to
the customer, No Box = No Refund.
- If there are any accessories missing from package you will be billed for
them.
- All refunds are qualified for Restocking fee ranging from 10% to up to 20%
depending on conditions of item.
- Special Order Items have no refund option.
- Any item that has been installed into a vehicle does not have refund option
can only be exchanged for same item or be serviced at our discretion.
- All shipping charges are the customer's responsibilities
Tax Policy
- Every package shipped inside New Jersey will be charged 7% tax fees.
